This year’s AWS Artisan Auction will feature Greater Giving’s Mobile Bidding Software for bidding on silent auction items using your smartphone, iPad, tablet or computer. Bring your device fully charged! There will be no paper bid sheets for the silent auctions.
Bidding Assistance: If you don't have a smartphone or don't wish to use it, don't worry. There will be volunteers at the auction who can place bids on your behalf.

Auction Attendees: You can register your smartphone and receive a bidder number by providing your name, mobile phone number and credit card information to an event volunteer during guest check-in. Once your smartphone is registered, you will receive a text message containing a link to your bidder URL.
Remote Bidders: Can’t attend the auction? You can bid from home (or wherever you are) with remote Mobile Bidding. You can register your smartphone by providing your name, mobile phone number (and/or email) and credit card information when you register online. You will receive a bidder number in a text or email the day before the auction.
You can register your smartphone and receive a bidder number by providing your name, mobile phone number and credit card information to an event volunteer during guest check-in.
Once your smartphone is registered, you will receive a text message containing a link to your bidder URL.
Simply click on the text message then select the red Yes! button when you see your name.
Your name and bid number will appear on the top left corner of your screen.
Note: Click on the original text message at any time to return to Mobile Bidding. You may also access Mobile Bidding by typing the following URL into your browser: awsaa.ggo.mobi then entering your mobile phone number or bid number to continue.
Click on red Show Packages Button to see all silent auction items.
You can also search for items by entering package number or name in the Package#/Keyword box with the red outline, then clicking on the red OK button.
To return to your home page, click on the small, white House Icon in the black band on the top left corner of your screen.
Select Details/Bid button to bid on an item and select the next incremental dollar amount to place a bid or select Watch to keep track of bids on a particular item.
You can keep an eye on packages you have bid on or are watching by selecting the My Bids button.
Watch the event timer on the upper left of your screen in the black band. As soon as the silent auction closes, the guest with the highest bid will win. High bids will be displayed to others using your Bid Number, not your name.
Check to see which items you have won under My Bids. Your silent auction items will be available for pickup when you check out. You may use the credit card you have on file to pay for any items you have won or may provide a new card upon checkout.
Remote Bidders may pick up silent auction items at AWS during school hours or arrange for shipping within the continental US.
If you wish to make a 100% tax deductible cash donation to Aurora Waldorf School, click on the Donate button on your home screen and choose a pre-set amount or enter the amount you wish to donate and click Submit.
